Business of the month: Inceil Ltd

Husband and wife team, John and Denise Howard OBE, have built up an outstanding reputation since they founded Inceil in 2013. We caught up with the hardworking duo to find out how they make completing work to such a high standard and keeping customers happy look so easy.

Denise, when was Inceil founded?
John and I had already run various successful businesses together over 30 years including a building company for 13 years. Inceil was formed in 2013 to specialise in insulating conservatories to make them usable all year round.

Can you tell us about the services you offer?
If your conservatory is too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, then Inceil Ltd can help you out. Polycarbonate sheets and glass panels in conservatory roofs are not thermally effective, meaning the conservatory becomes too hot in summer and too cold in winter. A thinner but high-performing aluminimum foil insulation has been developed, which is perfect for insulating conservatory roofs to enable the space to be used in comfort all year round.

Plasterboard is fitted over the insulation then plastered to a smooth finish. Nothing is visible from the outside, and the conservatory is much warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer. The Inceil conservatory insulation system can be installed in most glass, polycarbonate or timber conservatories whatever the shape or size. Our customers are delighted with the difference the Inceil system will make to how they use their conservatory. It will feel like a proper room with a better temperature throughout the year so you can actually use it, and enjoy being in there.

What are you most proud of?
Our customer service and attention to detail and quality means our business has grown from recommendations and referrals. We use our own professional team of fitters to ensure quality and they are used to travelling all over the UK. We’re really proud of the feedback we receive from customers. They can’t speak highly enough of the service they receive from us and the difference the insulation makes to their conservatory. We’re very proud of the reputation Inceil has built over the years, and we are dedicated to ensuring it is maintained by delivering excellent customer service.

What does the future hold for Inceil?
