TWS has been providing quality services for 17 years so we thought it was time we caught up with co-founder Tony Grindley to find out just how him and his wife Carol have been so successful.
Tony, can you tell our readers about the services TWS offers?

Why did you and Carol decide to set up TWS?
Having spent all our lives in the trade, we thought we could do a much better job for customers and saw an opening for a medium-sized family business with values that offered quality and value without customers needing to pay inflated prices.
What makes you different from other businesses that offer similar services?
With over a decade of experience we have proven our ability to deliver a quality service time and time again. Recommendations and returning customers account for a large proportion of our business, testimony in itself that we deliver what we promise on time and on budget.
What makes you different from other similar businesses?
As the only BSI accredited installer in Leeds and a member of many other quality assurance institutions, the products and services supplied by TWS come with the highest level of recommendation.
We’re also a family business with traditional family values. We only employ people that are capable of providing sound advice to customers without any waffle and a hard sell. Many of our team having worked with us for years creating a familiar and friendly environment.
What do you think of Goole from a business perspective?
We’ve completed many jobs in Goole and we’ve always found the people there to be warm and enjoyable to work with. TWS has grown year on year and continues to do so. This is all thanks to our loyal customer base, including those in Goole.
