Humberside Police are investigating reports that a 17 year old girl was assaulted on Aire Street between 01:00hrs and 01:30hrs this morning, by a male in his thirties who punched her in the face causing her to fall to the ground and hit her head.
The victim has had her injuries treated in hospital and Humberside Police are carrying out arrest attempts in the GOOLE area for the male, for a S47 assault occasioning actual bodily harm and breach of a restraining order.
