Having your estate agent on the doorstep allows you to not only keep in regular contact but agents are also on hand to assist with viewings and are just around the corner should any concerns arise.

Whilst plenty of websites can offer a valuation without seeing your home, a professionally qualified local agent will be more in tune with the marketplace and can offer you a realistic price.
