The East Riding Feastivals return in March with a fun-filled weekend in Howden.
The Feastival will take place in the heart of Howden town centre with stalls lining High Bridge and Market Place leading to the stage and seating areas with a backdrop of Howden Minster.
Visitors can look forward to street food, bars of distinction, alfresco dining, live music and comedy, children’s entertainment, select grocery food & craft all served up with big helpings of humour, colour and character.
This event returns to Howden following the success of the event and will act to generate interest and footfall in town centres, as well as being an exciting opportunity for businesses to reach new audiences.
These events are once again being delivered by the Market Square Group Ltd, a specialist events company with significant experience of running events, in partnership with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
Councillor Jane Evison, portfolio holder for economic development and tourism at East Riding of Yorkshire Council said: “It is fantastic news that the FEASTival weekend will be returning to Howden after the success of these events across the East Riding last year. I would encourage anyone who would like a weekend full of entertainment and food to visit and experience everything that East Yorkshire has to offer.”
