FREE Goole workshop for individuals interested in starting a business

If you’re thinking of setting up your own business, a FREE workshop taking place in Goole next month aims to answer all the questions that you were afraid to ask.

Organised by the Invest East Yorkshire Business Support Services team, the workshop aims to dispel some of the myths around how to start a business and will offer lots of helpful tips and advice on how to progress your ideas.

Dawn Hall, Manager of Invest East Yorkshire’s Business Support Services team, said: “This FREE workshop is aimed at anyone thinking of starting their own business, from those considering turning a hobby into a career to those considering leaving their job and starting a completely new venture. If you have a great idea but don’t know where to start, our friendly and knowledgeable team can help you decide what steps to take next.”

The workshop will be held at the RaisE Business Centre on Tom Pudding Way, Goole from 5.30pm to 8pm on Tuesday 3 October and will explain how to research your ideas, write a business plan, understand whether you can earn enough to make your idea viable, check out what sort of competition you have and make sure you’re legally set up to run your business.

Invest East Yorkshire’s team of experienced business advisors will lead the workshop, offering guidance and expertise to enable you to explore your business idea with confidence.
