Spell-binding story for the whole family is set to hit the stage at Junction.

Olivier Award-nominated production company, Wizard Presents, brings best-selling children’s author Michael Morpurgo’s treasured story to life in this stage adaptation. This intimate show is set in a library full of books that hold more than just stories within their pages.

Tomas loves playing outdoors and he hates school, books and being dragged to the library by his mother. But his world is turned upside down the day he meets the Unicorn and the Unicorn Lady and is spellbound by their story.

This show allows you to discover the power of storytelling to transform lives as Tomas, with his newfound love of books, becomes instrumental in saving his burning library when his village is devastated by war. I Believe in Unicorns has won an Argus Angel Award for Artistic Excellence at Brighton Festival and has already been seen and enjoyed by over 60,000 people. This includes two hugely successful seasons at Vaudeville Theatre in London’s West End, a Christmas season at Orange Tree Theatre, Richmond, and part of Imagine Children’s Festival 2016 at Royal Festival Hall on the Southbank.

The show will take place at Junction, Goole. Tickets are priced at £6.50 for adults and £5 for children. The performance starts at 6pm on Tuesday, March 20th and is suitable for ages six upwards.
