Little Stars 2018 winners!

As our 2018 Little Stars competition comes to an end – celebrating all of Goole’s cheeky tots – we popped down to the Clan Shots Photography studio in Goole to meet this year’s reader-voted winners and award them their well-deserved prizes!

The voting was tighter than ever this year, but unfortunately there could only be one winner – the gorgeous Dexter Dobson who we featured on the front cover of our September issue – crowning him the Little Star of 2018! He won a £150 cash prize on us, as well as a 20x17in acrylic photo panel courtesy of the good folk at Clan Shots.

Missing out on the top spot by a mere handful of votes, the equally adorable Emily Thornton and Rayden Taylor came in at 2nd and 3rd respectively. Emily won a £50 cash prize and the same acrylic photo panel, while Rayden was awarded a £40 gift voucher to be spent at Clan Shots Photography.

We donated all of the competition entry fees plus an additional 10% from Clan Shots Photography to The Green Team – a local charity that provides the elderly and people with disabilities a garden maintenance service.

Once more, everyone at Our Goole would like to thank the parents of our town for showing such enthusiasm towards the competition, and sending in photos of their beautiful children – you’re all winners in our eyes! Keep an eye out for a Little Stars 2019 announcement in spring…
