In business we often have to face and overcome problem. After all, you cannot be successful if you give up at the first hurdle.
People will test your patience, and at times, your emotions will try to get the better of you. Take a step back before you do anything. A great example of this is emailing. Never send one in anger, so go away and do something different, come back and read it aloud. Do you still want to send it?
When you do decide to take action do it! Fulfil any commitments you make and keep your promises. To colleagues and clients you are only as good as your word and you are resilient because you know you can depend on yourself.
Welcome feedback from people, listen to what is being said, and if it is valid, take action. No one likes criticism but handle it in a constructive manner to help you develop better skills, do not take it personally.
