Snaith football team score exciting grant

A local Under 7’s football team are thrilled after receiving a game-changing grant from The Goole & District Community Fund.

Snaith Juniors Under 7’s football team has been granted £250 which they will be spending on brand new kits and new training equipment.
The team aims to promote health, fitness and football skills to children under the age of seven, as well as providing support for them, both in training and during games. Snaith Juniors, (also known as Snaith Strikers), meet twice a week at the Sports Field in Snaith and with the extra money from the grant are hoping that their success as a team will go from strength to strength.

The Goole & District Community Fund provides welcome grants of up to £250 to local voluntary and not-for-profit groups in Goole and surrounding areas.
