Owners Penny and Keith moved into their stunning Bubwith home back in October 2015, along with their two children, after immediately falling in love with the place on their very first viewing. Situated in approx 1.3 acres of private, landscaped grounds, the house quickly proved to be more than just the perfect family home.
With a background in property management, Penny immediately realised the potential of the exclusive annex to the side of the main house, along with the deluxe heated, indoor pool and large sauna, shower and changing area.

After bringing her children’s friends over for a welcoming swim, Penny became even more inspired. Being separate from the main house, she realised the pool would be ideal for ‘private renting’, and a unique new business was born. The pool itself [5m x 10m approx with a depth of 1m to 1.8m] has clean, modern, contemporary styling and there is plenty of room for relaxing poolside, with lovely views into the grounds. The secluded setting provides a perfect opportunity for you to relax and build your confidence at your own pace, away from the bustle, noise and splashing of a public pool. The fully integrated, Bose music system adds to the fantastic range of facilities and enables you to have the background music of your choice, from a soothing, gentle classic to the latest pop for a ‘Children’s Splash Party’. There is also a spacious conservatory in which you can relax, and the invigorating sauna can seat up to 8 people.
