Goole Museum are set to host their third annual Open Art exhibition, showcasing the very best the region has to offer in inspirational art.
The exhibition will run from May 10 to July 16 and on display will be varied pieces from both amateur and professional artists in Goole and surrounding areas.
Debbie Hardy, curator at Goole Museum, told Our Goole: “Last year’s Open Art was great, but I am hoping that this year even more entries will showcase the amazing creativity that is on our doorstep.
“Year on year the standard and number of artworks submitted has increased. For any art lovers out there this is a must-see exhibition. Come along and be inspired or just enjoy the art. It is also a fantastic opportunity to purchase an original piece of art, for either yourself or for someone special.”
Opening times: Tuesday to Friday 10am-5pm, Wednesday 10am-7pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm, closed for lunch 12noon-12.30pm (Wednesdays 1.30-2pm).
