Three arrested during drugs warrants in Goole and Pocklington

Two men and a woman have been arrested today following two warrants executed under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

The first was at an address on Marlborough Avenue, Goole (image 1). A 35-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman have been arrested for possession with intent to supply and money laundering. The man was also arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon.

Cannabis, around £1,000 in cash, drugs paraphernalia and a prohibited weapon were seized.

The second was at a property on Cherry Orchard Mews, Pocklington. Cannabis, around £1,500, and drugs paraphernalia were seized (image 2).

A 40-year-old man has been arrested for possession with intent to supply and money laundering.

Inspector Mark Lovell said: “Both warrants were carried out following our appeals to the public for information. You told us, we listened to your concerns and we acted upon them. Thank you and please keep the information coming in so we can continue to tackle drugs crime in our communities and find those individuals involved in it.”
